Other website changes are checked for scope first. Covered requests have no additional per-request charge.
Can I submit several requests?
Yes. Submit several requests and set their priority. Each agent handles one active request at a time. Your base plan includes one agent; paid additional agents provide more parallel capacity.
Can you handle multiple requests at once?
Yes, with additional paid agents, subject to availability. Two agents provide capacity for up to two independent requests in progress. We confirm the additional monthly charge and your new total before you approve an upgrade. Dependent changes follow the necessary sequence.
How quickly will work be completed?
We confirm timing based on the scope, whether content and access are ready, and the queue position of your request. Additional agents increase parallel capacity; they do not guarantee faster completion of an individual task. We agree expectations before starting each request. There is no guaranteed turnaround or unlimited number of completed requests.
Can I include multiple websites?
Each subscription covers one approved website. Extra agents do not automatically add website coverage. Tell us about any additional sites so we can review them and agree a separate arrangement before billing.

How do approvals and cancellation work?
A person reviews all changes, including work from additional agents. During onboarding, we agree which changes need your approval before publication. The proposed terms are month-to-month: cancel before the next renewal. We confirm the renewal date and cancellation process before billing.
